Eve Troeh is an independent radio reporter who splits her time between Los Angeles and New Orleans (but not her heart — that's always in New Orleans). She lived in New Orleans from 2000 - 2007.

A few weeks after Hurricane Katrina hit, Eve reported on the status of WWOZ for National Public Radio, where she is a frequent contributor. It was then that the basic idea for Street Talk began to take shape. It's been a pleasure to watch a talented team of producers develop Street Talk into a vital forum for telling stories across town, and across the world!
